If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that content on captionnook.com violates your copyright, please email a DMCA Takedown Notice to:

2. What Happens Next

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the claim immediately.
• Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material if necessary.
• Notify the content submitter (if applicable) about the claim.

If the claim is legitimate, we’ll remove the content permanently.
If it’s a misunderstanding, we’ll facilitate resolution between both parties.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you can submit a Counter-Notice by emailing us the following details:

• Your full name and contact details.
• The content URL that was removed.
• A statement (under penalty of perjury) that you have a good faith belief the content was wrongly taken down.
• Your signature (electronic or written).

We’ll review and may restore the content if appropriate under the DMCA law.
